By accessing or using Focus On, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Focus On.
Focus On is a task management and daily planner application that helps users organize tasks, set reminders, and manage their productivity. The App offers both free and premium subscription-based features, including AI-powered task creation and analysis.
Focus On offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The Premium AI plan includes AI-powered features that use third-party artificial intelligence services. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

All content, features, and functionality of Focus On, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Focus On and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus On shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
